The Happy Circuit aims to provide users with festival information across South Korea to help them enjoy their leisure time.

2. User Obligations

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a healthy service environment.

• Defamation, profanity, or slander against others
• Posting content that is socially inappropriate or offensive
• DDoS attacks or hacking attempts that overload the server
• Commercial use of the service without prior approval
