About the Festival
The Gangjin Celadon Festival is a regional festival focused on ceramic culture, based on the historical value and production process of Goryeo celadon, under the theme 'The Story of Earth, Fire, and People.' Various ceramics-related programs are operated around the Goryeo Celadon Museum, including celadon pottery wheel molding, wood-fired kiln experiences, celadon sales and exhibitions, and competitions. By strengthening the kids' zone and children's experience programs for family visitors, it is evolving into a comprehensive cultural festival based on traditional ceramic culture.
