The 2026 Cheongsando Slow Walking Festival is a representative walking festival held on Cheongsando Island in Wando-gun, Jeollanam-do, where you can experience the value of slowness amidst beautiful nature. Cheongsando was designated as Asia's first Slow City in 2007, a place where you can relax and heal while walking leisurely through landscapes of stone walls, canola flowers, and the blue sea. During the festival, activities such as walking the 42.195km Slow Road, a Moonlight Night Walk, various experiential programs, and performances are prepared to offer visitors special memories. It is also a beloved healing tourism festival where you can experience Wando's pristine nature and marine healing resources, allowing both body and mind to rest.
