Festival Overview
The Yeongdeungpo Yeouido Spring Flower Festival, which has been held since 2005, is Seoul's representative spring festival, taking place every April along the cherry blossom road of Yeouiseo-ro and the Han River Park area. Every year, when the warm spring air arrives, approximately 1,886 cherry trees, as well as 13 types of spring flowers including azaleas, forsythias, and royal azaleas, totaling about 80,000 trees, bloom in full, adorning Yeouido with vibrant colors.
