Festival Overview
The Yeongdeungpo Yeouido Spring Flower Festival, which has been held since 2005, is Seoul's representative spring festival, taking place every April along the cherry blossom road of Yeouiseo-ro and the Han River Park area. Every year, when the warm spring air arrives, approximately 1,886 cherry trees, as well as 13 types of spring flowers including azaleas, forsythias, and royal azaleas, totaling about 80,000 trees, bloom in full, adorning Yeouido with vibrant colors.

During the spring flower festival, various programs and spaces are connected along the cherry blossom road of Yeouiseo-ro. Diverse street arts, such as circus performances and street theater, unfold along the spring flower garden, and photo zones are set up in various places where visitors can take pictures against the backdrop of the spring scenery. The Spring Flower Stage hosts various programs including stage performances, DJing performances, and film screenings, while the Art Cube showcases works by local artists from Yeongdeungpo-gu.
