The Pyeongchang Hyoseok Cultural Festival is the highlight of Lee Hyo-seok's literature and a cultural and artistic venue based on the lyricism of literature, set against the backdrop of Bongpyeongjang Market, the stage for "When the Buckwheat Flowers Bloom," a representative short story of Korean literature, and white buckwheat flowers scattered like salt.
