Festival Introduction
*The food content at the festival venue below is based on the previous year's (2025) festival, and the content for the 2026 festival is currently being updated.* To commemorate the Tongyeong Hansan Great Battle, one of the three great battles of the Imjin War, and Admiral Yi Sun-sin, a national hero, around the victory day, the 7th day of the 7th lunar month (August 14th on the solar calendar), we aim to introduce various programs such as traditional cultural content from Tongyeong and the latest trends in exhibitions, performances, and experiences, so that people of all ages can enjoy it. It seeks to leap forward as a global festival that everyone in the world can enjoy, representing Korea as a patriotic, historical reenactment, and character festival.
