2026 Real-Scene Historical Musical Uigi Nongae

This is a real-scene historical musical set against the backdrop of the Namgang River and Uiam Rock, historical sites of the Jinjuseong Fortress Battle during the Imjin War. It reinterprets the noble sacrifices of Jinju officials and citizens who fought against the Japanese invaders, and the loyalty of the gisaeng Uigi Nongae, with contemporary music and dynamic choreography. Utilizing a special stage set up on the actual Namgang River, it maximizes the realism of the performance, and combines the beautiful night view of Chokseongnu Pavilion with spectacular lighting technology to provide an overwhelming visual experience. It sublimates local historical resources into cultural content, conveying the value of the Jinju spirit and contributing to the revitalization of night tourism. Professional actors and local citizens participate together, creating a harmonious event, and delivering deep emotion to the audience through advanced effects and firework displays.
