The 6th Busan Spring Flower Exhibition, hosted by Busan Metropolitan City, proceeds with 'A Feast of Busan's Spring Flowers' as its official theme and 'Garden Go Round' (strolling through the garden) as its subtitle. It consists of an opening ceremony, flower sculptures and topiary exhibits, themed flower garden displays, a special exhibition of floral bonsai including wild flowers, exhibition and experience programs by related organizations, and a direct sales market. This event is held in a space created through the cooperation of supervising institutions, related organizations, and local farmers.
Pre-show performances (flower tea tasting, Yelloweun performance) and the opening ceremony (declaration of opening, congratulatory remarks, opening performance, venue tour) will take place. Exhibition and auxiliary programs include Busan Bonsai (Hyangnokhoe), Floristry·Pressed Flowers (International Floral Art Association, Busan Florist Association, Floral Decoration Engineer Association, Kkot Hyanggi Meogeumeun Miso), Lawn Plaza (TPO Floral Art Association), Floral Booth (Mirae Floral Farming Cooperative), Flower Tea (Korea Flower Tea Expert Association), Competition (Korea Horticultural Culture Promotion Association), and Wild Flowers (Uri Kkot Sarang Research Society). For visitors, various auxiliary programs such as a flower arrangement creative competition for students and the general public, a national flower tea competition, a photo zone for love confessions and proposals, magic shows and children's performances, and an exhibition stamp tour will be held. ※For detailed program information, please refer to the official website.
The flower sculpture and themed flower garden exhibitions will run for 10 days, from April 17 to April 26.
It will be held at Busan Citizen's Park (South Gate Entrance ~ Dasom Madang), and the address is 73, Simingongwon-ro, Busanjin-gu, Busan (Beomjeon-dong).
Admission is free.
