As the year draws to a close and a new beginning approaches, the COEX area in Samseong-dong is adorned with a fantastic media art display and a feast of light. The 2025 Gangnam Media Winter Festa is a year-end and New Year festival that showcases K-Christmas media art, reinterpreting the warmth of Christmas in a Korean way, and New Year media art brightly illuminating the lively Year of the Red Horse in 2026. Comprising two main media art theme shows and four diverse experience programs, it offers visitors vivid visual immersion and a variety of participatory experiences. The Christmas theme show <Hechi's Gift of Light> will run from December 19 to 25, followed by the New Year theme show from December 26 to January 3, promising a special感动 that can only be felt during the year-end and New Year period through two distinct atmospheres.

The main theme show is an outdoor media-linked media art show, consisting of the Christmas theme show <Hechi’s Gift of Light> (25.12.19 ~ 25.12.25) and the New Year theme show (25.12.26 ~ 26.1.3). Experience programs include LUCKY QR, STAMP TOUR, MEMORY WALL, and VISUAL WALL, while space installations include Eve's Christmas, Wonder Stage, Wall of Hope, and Harmony of Light.

Experience Programs - LUCKY QR : A program that displays random lucky messages to visitors when they scan a QR code, delivering hope. - STAMP TOUR : An participatory program where visitors complete stamp art by visiting each program zone. - MEMORY WALL : A program that displays messages of reflection and hope on an LED wall, allowing visitors to look back on the year and wish for the new year. - VISUAL WALL : An interactive program where content on the screen changes by recognizing visitor movements. 3. Space Installations - Eve's Christmas : A super-large Christmas tree, 7.5 meters high, installed in G20 Plaza. - Wonder Stage : A special LED art space that interprets Korean beauty in a modern way. - Wall of Hope : A wall-shaped LED experience space where various experience programs and media art unfold. - Harmony of Light : A space that shares messages of good fortune and delivers hope amidst sparkling lights.
