The Cheonan K-Culture Expo is a K-culture-based cultural industry expo held at the Independence Hall of Korea, which symbolizes the independence spirit and national identity of the Republic of Korea. Since its first event in 2023, it has been integrating viewing, participatory, and consumption-oriented content such as exhibitions, performances, and experiences, and has been running for three consecutive years. The 2026 expo will feature thematic exhibitions like the "Museum/Art Museum Expo" and "Independence Culture Festa," along with global performance programs. Experiential programs such as a free Hanbok snap photography program and a Cheonan agricultural/specialty product sales zone will also be enhanced. The expo continues to be held consecutively, based on a collaborative system with the Independence Hall of Korea, cultural and art institutions, and local industries, thereby securing operational stability and expandability.
Main programs include the Independence Culture Festa, concerts and performances (K-Indie Showcase, K-Hanbok Fashion Show, K-Retro Concert, etc.). Ancillary events and programs include talk shows, drone shows, and the Cheonan Youth Artists Festa.
Held at the Independence Hall of Korea, the address is 1 Dongnipginyeomgwan-ro, Mokcheon-eup, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do.
Admission is free.
