'The 2026 Chajeon General and Noguk Princess Festival' is Andong's representative spring festival, a traditional folk culture festival held mainly in the old downtown area. It is operated as a stay-type festival where locals and tourists can participate and enjoy together, utilizing various spaces such as Jungangseon 1942 Andong Station, Talchum Park, and Culture Street. A key feature is the program combining traditional and modern content, based on Andong's unique folk cultures like Andong Chajeonnori and Andong Notdaribalgi. Furthermore, it is a festival that simultaneously promotes the inheritance of traditional culture and the revitalization of the local economy through various participatory contents such as parades, hands-on events, and exhibition/sales booths.
