To commemorate the 107th anniversary of the March 1st Movement, "1919 Seodaemun, The Roar of That Day" will be held from February 28 to March 1 at Seodaemun Independence Park, Seodaemun Prison History Hall, and Wesleyan Chapel at Methodist Theological University. By hosting a commemorative event open to all citizens, the values of freedom and peace pursued by patriotic ancestors will be shared. Commemorative ceremonies, independence movement marches, and various experiential programs will be operated at historical sites in Seodaemun-gu, transforming the area around Seodaemun Independence Park once again into a sacred place for the independence movement.
